~ Mega Dump... ~

..Or post, as is more polite. Some profile pages drawn in Cintiq, sans rambling story text. I like how these turned out.

...........

And some WWII sketches from... eons (months) ago.

[First pic deleted, as per the rule of not posting shyte drawings.]

Colors turned out ok on this one.

This one... I really tried to make the lighting as balanced as possible. Considering the number of light sources, and forcing the balance so that the eye's directed where I wanted it to go... Eh, needs work. Fire's a pain to render in daytime settings.

...........
Some Boyar Bots. Da, Cintiq:
And our favorite heroin having LOTR dreams involving said bots. Must be the drinking milk after midnight.

your style research makes your work more and more fascinating. Signs, colors and narrative choices suggest, in addition to the skill, a great cultural background. As always a pleasure to visit your blog.

Best comment award: Sir Quaglia.

I don't know what the prize is other than a much hardy "Thank you, sir"; is much appreciated. I'm just glad I seem to be getting some results from the Cintiq after having to draw on it for several months.

Beautifull colors and pencils! :))

Thank you, thank you. Ahhh, but I fooled the eye of Miss Colerase. These are all Cintiq, both lines and color.

I still need to find a system of drawing where I can get cleaner lines, like when I digitally draw over scanned images, but with the entire undersketch and finished line being all Cintiq. That and being more comfortable drawing the human form in a medium that's akin to drawing on a slab of ice. Is frustrating.
