Quick something to post before the weekend. Considering that it's 2010 now, it should have been a sketchpage of robots; I know...

I love the expressions in this one.

Thanks much; I'm actually quite glad - the characters' poses and reactions came pretty naturally. I think I was more focused with how the lighting and contrasts were going to work out, all while making the characters visually clear through the whole thing.

Thanks much Manu. How goes in the toy making business these days?

ManuPela said...

Yup! Very well,thanks! ;)
We made a lot of toy, specially for Christmas and now for S.Valentine's day!
Unfortunetely people forget to send us the photo with the toy, so we can't always update our blog!-__-

:D awesome! The first panel is great, amazing how nothing gets lost despite the amount of detail.

Would you care to join a street fighter fever post? I just put one up and i'm gonna try and get people to get into it as well! :D

Manu;

Good to hear, although you're right: Photos of people showing off their custom made selves would be best for business. Maybe hide a spycam inside each doll - would make for entertaining youtube clips at least.

TH3DEN;

Thanks much. I'll stop by and see what the details are for the post you mentioned. Depends on when things need to be done, but I'll set time aside if I have time over the next few weeks.
