~ Morlocks!... ~

Otherwise known as biology undergrads.

I figured since it was the end of the year, what better way to celebrate the future than to watch a movie about the past, where a Victorian scientist... goes into the future... which would be the 1960's...

Anyway, ode to the great campy version of H.G. Wells' "The Time Machine." And why not celebrate by actually watching the entire movie!

(In 11 parts. Full screen version can be viewed here.)

~ Happy New Year, ladies and gents. ~

Great sketches. One of my guilty pleasure movies.

Strangely enough, it was one of those movies that I hadn't seen in years... but apparently was lurking in the back of mind, since one day I had a sudden urge to watch a Victorian scientist defend half-clad Eloi women from blue-green Morlocks. The power of old-timey Hollywood.

An awesome movie for sure. Thanks again for the sketch compliments, much appreciated.

Sweet Morlocks. H.G. Wells is awesome. I just read Verne's Journey to the Center of the Earth; it is also pretty great.

I was wondering who wrote that one - I get Wells and Verne mixed up at times. Not to mention H.G. and Orson. (I always thought those two were an ironic twist of historic fate - one the author of the end of the world, and the other the "announcer of"... etc.)
